Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RoZAG Social Hub handles information when a participating creator or Discord server connects a supported social account.
Information we may receive
Depending on the platform and permissions approved for the application, we may receive basic account information and permitted public content information, such as a creator identifier, display name, video identifier, title, publication time, thumbnail information, public video URL, Discord server identifiers and feed-delivery information needed to operate the service.
How we use information
- To identify participating creators and retrieve permitted content.
- To detect new content and prevent duplicate community posts.
- To publish links and limited content metadata to configured Discord feeds.
- To create and maintain platform channels and notification settings requested by a server administrator.
- To maintain, secure and troubleshoot the service.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use connected account information for unrelated advertising profiles.
- We do not intentionally collect passwords.
- We do not request access to private content unless an approved platform feature specifically requires it and the creator explicitly authorizes it.
Data retention
Only information reasonably needed to operate the feed is retained. Content identifiers may be retained to prevent duplicate posts. Access tokens or other authorization credentials, where required by a platform, are stored separately from public feed content and are not displayed publicly.
Third-party platforms
When you use a supported social platform, that platform's own privacy policy and terms also apply. RoZAG Social Hub is an independent service and is not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Kick, Instagram, X, Facebook, Reddit, WhatsApp, or their owners.
Your choices
A participating creator can stop using an integration by disconnecting or revoking authorization through the relevant platform where available. Discord server administrators can remove connected creators and notification settings from their server. For privacy questions, use the official RoZAG Social Hub Support server.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
